We are seeking an exemplary Java back-end engineer to join the core team of this Social Networking global leader in Berlin. You must be interested in the development of a service-oriented, modular software architecture, be able to demonstrate rapid implementation of new ideas, ensuring a stable operation, and work closely with the product team to streamline and innovate. You will be responsible for the new development of features for Germany's largest Internet platform and community. Excellent knowledge of Java or Python, knowledge of distributed systems, experience in a highly scalable environment and the ability to build something from scratch are important. You will be developing within a small Scrum team highly scalable features and back-end services. You should have at least 3 years of commercial experience, be able to communicate in German, and have good social skills.
