Your tasks:

As Ruby on Rails developer you assume complex and challenging tasks in the development of ruby projects. You are responsible for modeling and programming of scalable back-end (eg MongoDB), the expansion of the platform scale (EC2) and performance optimization. Together with an experienced team you bring up active in the system architecture design with one and find innovative solutions for a very challenging problem.

Sound knowledge and practical experience with programming in Ruby on Rails

A few years proven experience in developing Web-based applications

Interest in agile development methodologies (Scrum)

Experience in dealing with distributed version control systems (Git)

Very good knowledge in JavaScript, Ajax, REST, JSON, JavaScript libraries, XML, SOAP

Knowledge of all components of a RoR live system (servers, app servers, load balancers, database)

General knowledge for running a RoR application like deployment (Capistrano), monitoring, performance analysis, Bug-/Issuetracking with Redmine

Personal skills:

E-learning enthusiasm, coupled with insatiable willingness to learn
